Dance Together Release Agreement

Assumption of Risk

You, the Participant, understand and acknowledge that participating in dance

lessons and classes involves certain risks, including but not limited to bodily injury,

property damage, and emotional distress. You voluntarily and willingly assume all

such risks associated with your participation in Dance Together's dance lessons and

classes.

Release and Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Dance Together's dance lessons

and classes, you, the Participant, hereby release and forever discharge Dance

Together, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands,

actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising from or in

connection with my participation in these activities.

Implied Consent

By participating in Dance Togethers dance lessons and classes, the Participant

acknowledges and consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their likeness,

including but not limited to photographs and videos, for promotional and

instructional purposes. Dance Together may use these materials in marketing

materials, social media, and instructional content without further consent from the

Participant. If the Participant does not wish to provide this implied consent, they

must inform Dance Together in writing before the commencement of the class or

lesson.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dance Together, its instructors, staff, and

affiliates, against any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought

by any third party arising out of your participation in dance lessons and classes.

No Warranty

You understand that Dance Together makes no warranties or representations

regarding the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the dance lessons and classes.

Medical Release

You certify that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in

dance lessons and classes. You further acknowledge that You are responsible for

your own medical expenses in the event of injury.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the

remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

the State of Virginia.

By scheduling any lessons, you acknowledge that you have read and

understood this Release of Liability Agreement and voluntarily agree to its

terms.
